The Autumn Edit đ
A 3-week metabolic reset, built around liver support.
Summer has a way of loosening everything.
Meal times drift. Routines disappear. Sleep gets later. We eat differently, move differently, travel more, plan less - and by the end of it, many women arrive in September feeling slightly scattered.
Not unwell enough to need an overhaul. Just⌠not quite themselves.
And September often becomes the moment when life speeds up again.
Work gets busier. The days get shorter. Immunity, mood, sleep, hormones and energy can all feel a little more demanding.
So rather than waiting until you feel completely depleted, I invite you to start quietly putting some good foundations back in place.
Â
Meet The Autumn Edit
Over three weeks, Iâll help you quietly put the foundations back underneath your hormonal health: regular meals, better breakfasts, more nutrient-dense plates, a little food preparation, better sleep and digestion, sensible supplements, support for histamine and the hormonal changes of midlife - and all the small practical things that make looking after yourself considerably easier when life is busy.
The point is not to do everything.
The point is to be strategic and concentrate effort on what truly matters.
Inflammation. Deep nourishment. And most importantly - your LIVER.
IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OVER 40, SUPPORTINGÂ LIVER DETOX AS PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINESÂ CAN BE ONE OF THE MOST HELPFULÂ THINGS YOU CAN EVER DO FOR YOUR CHANGING BODY AND HORMONES.Â
- Your weight that suddenly feels much harder to manage.
- Bloating, sluggish digestion, reflux or a gut that seems to have become unpredictable.
- Inflammation or autoimmune symptoms that keep flaring.
- Cholesterol creeping up despite âdoing all the right thingsâ.
- An underactive thyroid and a metabolism that feels like it has hit the brakes.
- That relentless, bone-deep tiredness that sleep doesnât quite fix.
- Heavier periods, worse PMS and hormones that seem to have developed a personality of their own.
- Eczema, psoriasis, breakouts or skin that suddenly feels more reactive.
- Headaches, migraines, irritability or mood swings that seem to come out of nowhere.
- Stiff, achy joints that make you feel older than you are.
- Sugar cravings so strong youâd happily wrestle someone for a biscuit.
All of the above may have so much to do with the state of your liver.
Every reason to give it the love it deserves. Just do it in a way that works, properly.
You are invited.
14 September - 04 October
What weâll work on:
Over three weeks, Iâll help you make supporting your liver & changing hormones feel practical, doable and part of normal life - rather than another complicated health project.
Your three weeks, at a glance:
- Week 1 - Reset the foundations:Â inflammation, digestion and getting your body back into its happy rhythm.
- Week 2 - Support the liver properly: nutrient density, gut-liver connection, hormone metabolism, histamine, supplements (we'll do some deep dives here and I'll share with you my condition-specific protocols), and the foods that help your liver do its job.
- Week 3 - Make it stick:Â meal planning, food prep, busy-life strategies and building a simple routine you can actually continue after the programme ends.
These 3 weeks are not about doing everything perfectly.
It is about learning what matters most, and making those things easier to repeat.
HOW IT WORKS
One small thing at a time
Every day, youâll receive a short email from me with one useful idea, tip, small video with a technique or piece of guidance.
Some days it might be a better breakfast.
Another day, a breathing technique I want you to implement. A five-minute food-prep trick. A simple hack to support your digestion.
It might be something to keep in your freezer, a supplement I want you to understand, or one health worry Iâd quite like you to stop wasting energy on.
Nothing to complete.
Nothing to hand in.
And absolutely no guilt if you miss a day.
Read it with your morning coffee, take what is useful, and carry on with your life.
YOU'LL ALSO GET:
- A brand new collection of quick and easy family-friendly recipes covering your daily fibre and protein needs (including vegetarian options) - think 30g of fibre a day and 25-30g of protein in each meal - weâve done all the thinking for you â
- A weekly live Q&A with Olga, where you can talk through your questions, symptoms, food choices and the practical realities of making this work.
- A private Telegram group, for those who like having somewhere to ask a quick question as it comes up or need a bit of daily support.
And plenty of ideas and practical resources to make looking after yourself well considerably less complicated.
This was created for a busy woman
Your life is full, I know that.
You may have children, ageing parents, a demanding job, a business, a relationship, a complicated body, a complicated life - quite possibly several of those at once.
The last thing you need is another wellness programme demanding an hour of your attention every day.
So I have deliberately designed these three weeks not to become another responsibility.
âď¸ You don't need to watch hours of content every week.
âď¸ You don't have to cook separate meals for yourself.
âď¸ You don't need a cupboard full of supplements.
âď¸ You don't have to give up sugar, gluten, dairy, coffee or your social life.
And there is absolutely no catching up if you miss a few days.
And you certainly do not need to become a different person by the end of three weeks.
The aim is much simpler:
to help your body feel looked after again.
Read the emails with your morning coffee. Pick up one idea, make one meal better, understand your body a little more, one day at a time.
Small things repeated often, till they become your second nature. That's the work.
Olga is a breath of fresh air. My post-menopausal life feels so different after just a few weeks under her guidance. She is so knowledgeable, supportive and nonjudgmental that I can only heartily commend her approach to every woman looking to understand and love and nurture their midlife body.

Olga is a treasure trove of valuable information, without an ace up her sleeve. I have revised my diet and increased my energy levels, my sleep is deeper, and most importantly, there is a lot of curiosity about my body.

I have plenty to say about the programme!
First and foremost it is not only Olga's immense knowledge in her field but her compassion and sincere, hearfelt wish to help each and every single one of us on our journey - during the course and beyond - that made it special for me. She explains everything in a way that makes truly sense!!
I have taken on board some super useful changes for my daily routine and felt a big difference at the end of week two - lighter stomach, less bloating.
Treasured course with a vast amount of info and resources. Thank you so much Olga for your amazing support.

Olga is informative, helpful, so knowledgeable.
Never feels like you are asking too much of her, always ready to help, listen and give practical advice I would highly recommend her programme and have been so happy to have done this programme with her.

I've just finished a nutrition course with Olga and I absolutely loved it!
Her approach is very kind and understanding, with advice that is easy to implement on a daily basis.
The course exceeded my expectations, I feel better and the quality of life has improved since I started the course, just a few weeks ago.
Highly recommended!
