I’m a Nutritional Therapist specialising in metabolic, hormonal and inflammatory conditions in midlife. My work is rooted in functional and integrative medicine and informed by both clinical experience and lived reality.

This is not surface-level nutrition, it’s not symptom-chasing, and it’s not designed for everyone.

We look at root causes - inflammation, liver and gut function, insulin resistance, hormonal signalling, thyroid dysfunction, nervous system load - we work with your physiology, not against it.

We also recognise that lasting change requires internal alignment: stress patterns, emotional load and the way your nervous system experiences safety.

Hormonal symptoms in midlife
